supplement companies and not responsible if any defect in products from them we
provide ecommerce portal for sale purpose only.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered
are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no
e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait

delivery / Order Cancellation / Order Stock as this is an online
platform the stock cannot be maintained in real-time so the stock shown on
website may be not available after successful order in  such case the payment will refunded as per
various payment methods will take appropriate time spam. In case of Bank
Transfer Method if payment is not received by INutrition the
order will cancelled after 6 working days automatically by system. Order
dispatched only after payment received from payment gateway successful
settlement which required T+2 working day.Any orders placed by you will
be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have
the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated
acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to
our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the
Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when

goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later, at which time we

services whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will
not be obliged to supply any other goods or services which may have been part

as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment
secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for

Price & Payments

accordance with clause 9, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the

Refund & Return

As we selling food products on our website we shall not responsible for any
return after seal is broken the only way to return the product is that, Do
Not accept the courier if you found parcel is opened or tampered at the time of
delivery. Once you accept product in good condition then it will not get return
at any condition from “I nutrition” it will be treated as successful delivery
without damage and tempered. When product dispatched through I
nutrition is checked and sealed by our delivery team under surveillance. All
the flavor and taste are subject to concern with respective brands. I nutrition
is sale platform but you can share your queries about brands by email with customer
support team.

Refunds are subject to conditions that you not accept the delivery due to
product or parcel condition at the time of delivery, once delivery is
successful refund will not been raised at any condition in terms of prepayment
paid by credit or debit cards, the refund policy not applicable for cash on
delivery.
